By accessing and using TradeAlbum ("Service", "Platform", "Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our trade journaling platform. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms by posting updates and changes to the platform. You are advised to check the Terms from time to time for any updates or changes.

TradeAlbum is a trade journaling and performance tracking platform designed for swing traders. The Service allows you to:

• Plan and document trades with entry, exit, and stop-loss levels
• Upload and store chart screenshots
• Track performance metrics and analytics
• Organize trades with tags and portfolios
• Analyze your trading performance over time

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including trade data, notes, screenshots, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

The Service is intended for personal use in tracking and analyzing your own trading activity. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Service is not intended to provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

Important: TradeAlbum is a journaling and analytics tool only. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeAlbum and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

TradeAlbum offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Some features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with advance notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or through your account settings.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAlbum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of trading opportunities
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold TradeAlbum and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your User Content. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TradeAlbum. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
